456b (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a Bangladesh-based online Sports Betting and gaming service. These Terms apply to the 456b website (456b.site), the mobile app, and all associated services.
By creating an account with 456b, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If the Terms are updated, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number and the revised version will be published on the 456b website.
The Bengali version of this document has been prepared for members' convenience. In the event of any dispute, the original legal document shall prevail.
To register and use 456b's services, the following conditions must be met:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Age is verified through your National ID during the KYC process. If an underage registration is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
One Account: Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same NID, mobile number, or device is prohibited. In cases of suspicion, 456b reserves the right to investigate and suspend accounts.
Accurate Information: The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and your own. Creating an account using someone else's information is strictly prohibited.
Mental Capacity: When opening an account, you must be of sound mind and using the service entirely of your own free will.
You are solely responsible for the security of your 456b account. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
456b will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone claims to be from 456b and asks for your password, it's a scam — report it to support immediately.
Account Verification (KYC): KYC verification must be completed within 30 days of registration. Required documents: a photo of your national ID or passport and a selfie. Without KYC, you may use your deposit balance but withdrawals will not be permitted.
The following rules apply when placing bets on 456b:
Bet Confirmation: Once you see a "Bet Confirmed" message, your bet is final. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — in some cases, the "Cash Out" option may be available to partially exit a bet.
Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — the maximum amount is shown on the bet slip. Higher limits apply for high-roller members.
Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and when it is confirmed. 456b processes bets according to the "Best Odds" or "Accept Odds Changes" setting.
Right to Void Bets: 456b reserves the right to void bets in the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or irregular circumstances. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the member's account.
Liability for Incorrect Information: 456b may void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error in the odds or bet data. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
If one event in an accumulator or parlay bet is cancelled, that leg is settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continue as normal.
456b supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services.

Withdrawal Rules: The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests can only be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if bonus funds are present in the balance.
Fraud Suspicion: For transactions that appear unusual in amount or nature, 456b may request additional verification. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.
456b does not charge any additional processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Charges from the mobile banking operator may apply.
456b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
Welcome Bonus: Applicable to a new member's first deposit. To withdraw the bonus balance, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 5–10×).
Cashback: A set percentage of losses over a defined period is returned as cashback, credited directly to your main balance — no wagering conditions apply.
Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to circumvent bonus conditions, or any other form of bonus abuse is prohibited. Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited in such cases.
456b believes betting should be entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
Deposit Limit: Each account has the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after 72 hours.
Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Permanent Closure (Self-Exclusion): Any member may request permanent account closure. This action is irreversible, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 456b. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance:
If a user is found to have engaged in fraud, 456b may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities if required.
456b reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Notification Method: You will be notified via SMS and in-app notification to your registered mobile number at least 7 days before any changes to the terms take effect. For major changes, 30 days' advance notice will be provided.
Account Closure: Members may close their account at any time. Any verified balance in the account will be returned — bonus balance excluded.
456b's Rights: In cases of rule violations, fraud, or irregular activity, 456b reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice.
456b may occasionally take the service offline for scheduled maintenance. Any bets placed or payments in progress during this time will be settled promptly once service resumes.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
